Ingredients:
2 oz Gin
1 oz Holiday Jammies Jam
1/2 oz Orange Liqueur
1 oz Freshly Squeezed Orange Juice
1/2 oz Cinnamon Simple Syrup (see recipe below)
Topo Chico
Ice
Dried Orange Slices and Fresh Rosemary for garnish
Cinnamon Simple Syrup:
Ingredients:
1 cup Water
1 cup Granulated Sugar
3-4 Cinnamon Sticks
Instructions:
In a saucepan, combine water and sugar.
Add cinnamon sticks to the mixture.
Bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring until the sugar dissolves.
Let it simmer for 5-7 minutes to infuse the cinnamon flavor.
Remove from heat and let it cool completely.
Strain the syrup to remove cinnamon sticks, and store in a sealed container in the refrigerator.
